Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process using a variety of search methods.
- Ensure legal compliance and handle HC policies.
- Handle related to employee benefits (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
- Ensure for all employee carry out annual medical check-up.
- Handle administrative needs for Human Capital team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or related major.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in FMCG company in the same position.
- Required Skill(s): attention to detail, Communication, Microsoft Office, BPJS & Tax, HR System & Database.
- Basic English skill both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten.
