Descriptions:
- Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy
- Achieve Sales Revenue in the region
- Maintain effective relationship with distributors
- Provide a routine company sales reporting such as forecast vs realization, sales pipeline, and product focus.
- Review and analyze coverage area, focus on fundamental sales (Register Outlet, Active Outlet, Call, Effective Call, SKU, Items Per Transaction)
- Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
- Experience in General Trade as Regional Sales Manager in FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
- Proven Sales Track Record
- Excellent in communication, negotiation and data analysis
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Advance in Excel will be advantage.
- Understanding the area to be placed
- Placement: Banjarmasin
