Pola makan yang buruk jelas berdampak pula pada kesehatan. Efeknya pun baru disadari di kemudian hari.\r\n\r\nDi luar pola makan, ada empat pilar utama yang harus diperhatikan dalam pemenuhan gizi seimbang, yakni rajin berolahraga, menjaga berat badan normal, mengonsumsi beragam jenis pangan, serta menjalankan prinsip hidup bersih.
