Ada dua faktor umum yang mendasari anjuran tersebut. Pertama, air es sulit diserap tubuh. Padahal ketika berolahraga, bunda memerlukan cairan yang hilang lewat keringat. Jadi ketika minum air es malah membuat bunda berasa makin haus dan kembung.\r\n\r\nKedua, sering buang air kecil. Mengkonsumsi minum es membuat bunda akan lebih sering bolak-balik ke toilet.
